About This Artwork
In this print, I have depicted a boy who makes paper airplanes and flies them; he envisions his dreams taking flight, much like the planes themselves
About the Artist
Lakhan Singh Jat
I am Lakhan Singh Jat, a visual artist born in 1986 and nurtured in the rustic embrace of Kusany, a quaint village nestled within the vibrant landscapes of Rajasthan. After the completion of my Master of Fine Arts in 2009 from the esteemed Rajasthan School of Art in Jaipur, my journey as a freelance artist commenced, characterized by the vibrant strokes of colours on canvas. My childhood was intimately entwined with the embrace of mother nature and the pulse of livestock in the sprawling expanse of our farmlands. These memories serve as the cornerstone of my artistic endeavors, where each artwork is a testament to sustainable human development, a harmonious coexistence with nature, its essence seamlessly integrated into every acrylic stroke.
